Schedule:Must have open availability including days, nights, and weekends based on business needs

Schedule varies.

Must be available days, evenings, and weekends, with hours changing weekly.

Must have high-volume/banquet/catering supervisory experience.

    • Responsible for taking all delivery orders, billing each order, prepare delivery order
           sheets for distribution




    • Manage
           execution of daily events including setup, and breakdown


    • Maintains
           pricing and portion standards and FSA policies in all units


    • Train,
           supervise, and evaluate Catering Staff


    • Maintain
           relationships with current clients and develop relationships with
           potential clients


    • Develop new
           event business


    • Attend
           weekly BEO meetings for communication of events


    • Effectively
           sell and plan events following operational guidelines while satisfying
           guests needs


    • Establish
           customer contacts as directed by the Catering Manager


    • Maintain a
           high level of organization and be able to effectively pick up planning
           process at any stage


    • Perform
           follow up activities with clients to insure quality of food and service


    • Manage
           Operations & Food Production needs if required


    • Stay
           current with industry trends and standards and incorporate them into sales


    • Create
           custom menus to find clients needs






    • Minimum 5
           years supervisory experience in a high volume catering, or hotel operation


    • AAS degree
           or higher in food service, hospitality, or related field required


    • Strong
           management skills


    • Ability to
           handle multitasking effectively


    • Must be
           available to work days, evenings, and weekends, with schedule changing


    • Exceptional
           organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills


    • Ability to
           lift, bend, reach, and any other physical demands of the position


    • Regular
           attendance and punctuality


    • Ability to
           work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment


    • Professional
           appearance and demeanor


    • Excellent
           Computer Skills with ability work in multiple programs simultaneously and


    • Positive
           Attitude with great customer service skills


    • Comfortable
           with Cold Call Selling


    • Ability to
           think creatively and to see the entire event picture when selling and
           throughout event
